Shipping policy
We pride ourselves on the expedited fulfillment of your order! Please double-check your shipping address for accuracy prior to checking out. We will do our best to resolve the issue if contacted immediately, but cannot guarantee that we will be able to make the update prior to shipment and we do not issue refunds/replacements in the case of shipment to a wrong address. For all packages that are returned to sender, there is a 20% restocking fee.
Additionally, once the order leaves our facility in San Diego, it goes into the hands of reputable mail carriers (first DHL - then USPS for last-mile delivery), and we are no longer liable for the package. We do not provide refunds or replacements for packages lost/misdelivered by carriers or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly for issues related to your order once it has shipped. We do not refund shipping costs under any circumstances.
As an American company, we are proud to support our United States Postal Service and utilize them for the majority of last-mile deliveries. If you know that your local USPS does not deliver to your address, please refrain from ordering and instead contact us directly.
Finally, international shipments may be subject to other duties, fines, or fees, outside of the shipping costs that we charge. Each country is different and has different policies for customs, imports, etc., which may cause the customer to incur additional fees beyond Rip Tie Hair shipping costs. These additional costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
